Cruising to the Bahamas is very often the introduction to cruising for many people.

The Bahamas are a chain of approximately 700 islands located just a one night voyage from the ports of Florida.   The islands are famous for their shimmering aquamarine waters, sugary white sand beaches and fresh seafood.  Try their famous cracked conch for a lunch time treat.  Or maybe a conch salad prepared with lime juice and diced tomato and green pepper.  Wash it all down with a Kalik, the island beer, or a rum cocktail.  What a relaxing day!  What a relaxing cruise!
